CASE TRACKER STATUS HELP!
Has anyone received a case status update in their case tracker app but seen no update in their ceac portal regarding their NVC expedite request?
My husband got the notification : “new update: NVC Expedite Request” but when we go i to ceac we dont see anything new. Also previous expedites they had never updated our case in case tracker. Might thid mean good news on monday when nvc starts working? All our previous expedites we had never received an update from case tracker app
No Update since RFE response submitted
Hi,
My RFE response package delivered to USCIS on 15-Dec-2023, since then I have no update on USCIS portal, even portal status is still 'RFE Sent' not 'RFE Response received' even after lapse of 90 days. Is this normal that they sometimes even not update the portal for the 'RFE Response received' status or something strange and unusual here ?

renew work permit or Writ of Mandamus
my work permit is expires in 180 days and im not sure if i should file for a renewal or i should just sue Uscis for taking so long ? I really cant afford to be loose my job coz of my expired work permit while still waiting for my greencard.
which option is better or what are my other options?

finally finally finally I got the approval! I wish all the best to everybody going trough this process. it’s not easy and It’s not fun. but for me it was the only way to be with my husband. I hope we can finally start our life together now. if you’re still waiting, stay strong! I know my words don’t mean anything but stay strong!

i130 approved and i485 still Pending …..
Hi guys, question I130 is approved 3 days ago still waiting for my i485. Questions : does any know what is the time frame of i485 approval incase? and also does i485 have an interview ? what the interview is for? saturday now my case is in Santa ana CA do they have approval on weekends ? thank youuu.
