I have my i360 pending for 2 years now I would like know if I cans send my i485 now in order to get an EAD and AP to be able to work legally and travel. My spouse is GC

you wanna waiting.... after your l360 get approved you can't apply for work authorization and waiting again 2 years the time visa is available to apply for l485... so to vawa to get green card you will wait 5 years
