CASE TRACKER STATUS HELP!
Has anyone received a case status update in their case tracker app but seen no update in their ceac portal regarding their NVC expedite request? My husband got the notification : “new update: NVC Expedite Request” but when we go i to ceac we dont see anything new. Also previous expedites they had never updated our case in case tracker. Might thid mean good news on monday when nvc starts working? All our previous expedites we had never received an update from case tracker app
