2nd RFE for Medical
Has anyone here received two RFE notices for Medical? We received the 1st RFE notice for Medical in July 2023 from NBC. We sent the medical to our attorney to look over and their office sent it to USCIS. The doctor included all blood work, immunizations and Covid card in the sealed envelope. Now we have received a 2nd notice for Medical but this time it came from the local field office in Montgomery. We are going to get the Medical again but I just find it strange that in January 2024 they updated to reflect they received everything. It took 5 months for them to just acknowledge they had received it. Is this normal?
I130 outside US timeline?
We applied for my I130 on October 22, 2023 (USC dilling for spouse, both of us live in Germany) and the service center is Texas
Initially had a timeline on the website from 2 months, counted down - now it says „taking longer than expected“.
Does anyone have a similar case that has been approved already. How long will the wait be roughly?
Unsure what to make of this update from USCIS, welcome your thoughts/ if anyone has gone through this
I reached out to USCIS regarding status of my application following receipt of I693 in January 24. USCIS shared the following "At this time we are waiting for the Department of State to issue a Visa for your case. Once provided the case will move into final processing. If you wish to know when the Visa will be submitted, please reach out to the Department of State about their time for release. Thank you"

Already approved my working permit last March 1, how many days until SSN and EAD card will be delivered ? Thank you in advance.

Submitted medical RFE in January. System shows no update. Now what?
I submitted my medical RFE in January. The USPS mail tracking service says it was delivered on January 30. The case tracker shows no updates whether they received it or not. Shall I be concerned?
