my case was transferred to another field office for adjustment of status and i received a notice letter with in a week. you can call uscis

my case was transerres 3 times last year, and yes they send you a letter by mail, 2 or 3 weeks later

yes that's a sign they might make a decision. they might transfer it to another office the next day mine got transferred to 3 different locations in one day then got approved the Next day.
