Submitted medical RFE in January. System shows no update. Now what?
I submitted my medical RFE in January. The USPS mail tracking service says it was delivered on January 30. The case tracker shows no updates whether they received it or not. Shall I be concerned?

How is your productivity at work while waiting?
I have tried it all. Deleted tracking apps but installed them after a few days. Tried not looking at them thinking notifications will be good enough but always go back to opening them 3-4 times per day (not to check the status but to see the forum). I think my productivity at work has decreased by 30% with this frustrating i485 wait.
How are you folks maintaining your sanity? Is it affecting your productivity?

My journey took 10months - Honestly, I got approved when I stopped checking and put my time/attention to something else. I understand that it’s emotionally draining.
I did upload some files online- ex. updated ID’s, and Sevis (for F1)
Don’t overdo it.
I’m getting married again in church this year so it is really a big year for me and I believe prayers helps me so much.
I did novenas and I got approved the day after I finished it. It worked! 🙏🏻
