It's an automated email after you've contacted them. I received one as well from when I talked to a live agent. It seems like they send them out in waves because at least once a month I see a bunch of people on Reddit asking about it at the same time. lol.

@Lala z the message was sent to me on Friday last week after which I Contacted USCIS tru emma to expedite my application.

@Lala z If you didn't contact USCIS but received this message, then it's probably a mistake. I've seen people on various platforms saying that they received the same message/email without contacting USCIS in the first place. USCIS doesn't have the best system and there are glitches quite frequently. So, if you didn't contact them, then I'd say you don't need to worry much about it.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"
