@Austin H you have to calm down because anger cannot take you anywhere. My PD 30th August 2021 and it says 2months to decision time from January and we are in April. Most people that file last year and this year are getting approved everyday and our case arr still pending.

I am in the same situation... pd may 05th 2022, don't know what to do

my pd is December 29, 2021 it says 5 months to decision , I’ve also tried everything so don’t sweat it just leave it it will work out there are many more ppl who been waiting way longer trust me

mine is February 2022.. it says 2 month to decision and later changed to 4 months

if the USA is a joke then why are you applying?? i swear people feel so entitled to get a decision or response within the time they choose. i have been waiting for 46 months for a I-130 approval and never have i once expressed myself like that about usa 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Elsa Carvajal let me tell you something, I am a United States citizen so my husband should have automatically had his stuff approved within the published 16-18 month timeframe. Its people like you that make this process absolutely horrific. I’m entitled to be angry at my country for screwing its citizens over like this.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"
