Still waiting on physical Green Card
I immigrated to the US on December 15th 2023. I still haven't received my physical Green Card. The last update I can see on my USCIS account is "Received Immigrant Fee Payment" on December 1st 2023.
It says that I should receive my Green Card in a matter of 90 days... is this normal?
an update
so on October 12, 2023 I received a request for additional evidence father USCIS . I responded and sent everything on January 2nd. they confirmed receiving. I just received an update that they have canceled the request for evidence and that they will contact me if they need anything else. now Am confused because I don’t know if they requested for any evidence besides the October 12th and I did not know or what they are referring to . please help me lovely people. does anyone have an idea what that could mean?

Backlog
I had posted here that in the last fiscal year, EB3-Unskilled visas were issued as follows:
Vietnam - 2,280
Mexico - 1,682
Well, I come with worse news, in the first 3 months of this year, the following visas have already been issued:
Vietnam - 911
Mexico - 670
Philippines - 520
Don't expect the retrogression to end and don't think that immigration is intentionally creating a backlog. Maybe they do it intentionally because they know that a country cannot exceed the 7% cap. If the law really worked, we wouldn't be in this backlog; they just need to want the law to work
