How long for approval after responding to 485 RFE?
Hi Family,
I got an RFE for 485 (Asking to fill Suppliment J and public charge), my attorney has responded 2weeks back - how long does it take to get an approval?
I have a potential job offer and they dont sponsor visa, any suggestion/inputs are highly appreciated.
