medical examination
form I-693 On April 4, 2024, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that any Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, that was properly completed and signed by a civil surgeon on or after November 1, 2023, does not expire and can be used indefinitely as evidence to show that the applicant is not inadmissible on health-related grounds.
I had to try, LOL
If someone is thinking about reaching the Office…,
I did the last week and this one too, just pretending I have no idea about my case to see if they give me a heads up…
But the answer was (what I already knew), to wait until the end of this year basically to reach them! LOL
But I had to try, :D

Priority Date: April 2022.
Submitted an Service Request 15 days before approval but I have seen quite a few april 22 approvals.
The wait game killed my excitement after being in US for 10 years, but definitely have a great sense of relief and incredibly grateful to God 😌

almost on the verge of divorce because of uscis
I got married on 15th January 20203 and it’s been above 365 days of applying my green card but still no response from uscis . me and my husband has started fighting alot because of long distance . and it’s such a shame for American government that they keep married couple away for so long . me and my husband are so frustrated , we literally fight everyday and considering divorce . I really love my husband . I feel sad that we couldn’t stay with each other like a normal married couple because of uscis lazy people . shame on u uscis

This is the draft of some data I gathered and used to try to predict the Visa Bulletin. It's a guess
But it’s in Portuguese
Este é o rascunho de alguns dados que eu peguei e utilizei para que eu pudesse prever o Visa Bulletin. É basicamente um chute

APPROVED!🎉🥳🎊
Our I-485 got approved today! It did take 939 days, but I’m glad it’s over now. We didn’t anticipate this long of a wait as our case was suppose to be a simple straight forward one. I’m a U.S. citizen and husband was on an F-1 visa for college since 2017. We started starting in 2018 and got married in 05/2021. After submitting everything concurrently in 09/2021, we got our biometrics done in 10/2021 but after that our case was stuck on “actively reviewing” since 11/2021 and it wasn’t until we filed a writ of mandamus in March of this year that they processed everything. We had to redo our medical since it’s been over two years, but I’m happy they waived the interview. I hope that everyone will receive good news soon!

Local Congressman
I reached out to my local congressman's office recently and I was told my case is still within normal processing time so they can't contact USCIS until around December of this year or February in next year (2025).

Finally Greened almost after a year!
My I485 was taking longer than I expected. Most of my friends got it around 6 month but just happy I got it now!
Good luck everyone.
