Now you know that she cheated you and so you have to be patience with her and behave normal and live until the 2 years is over and verification from uscis shows up positive and sent you the 10 years green card. After that you can just get rid off her and find somebody and move ahead to have a great life. This also happened to me. Do not file VAWA at this stage though you have a great proof of it. You may use VAWA as the next option because VAWA takes 3-4 years to issue a Green card after approval. But make sure you collect all the evidences of her having cheated you.

@Spice Islander he is only having 2 years I suggest to wait until getting 10 years then maybe seprate from his partner if he is not happy because if he apply for vawa now it will take along time and he is alomat there

@Carla Rampazzo it is. my ex wife cheated and now has a 3yrs old with whom she cheated with while we were married. abuse is abuse regardless of its level. snd yea my vawa was approved. and yea to PG I ll advice in my own opinion if u can hold on and get ur 10yrs, why not? snd if you can’t, seek a legal advice… they will know wat to do. you might not even need vawa bcus it’s a crazy emotional draining wait period. all the best guys
