Question for those that aren’t considered immediate family. Has there ever been a case where someone was able to file for an I-485 even though the visa bulletin shows that their priority date is still far?
Example: Today, NVC contacts Becca who’s priority date is May 5, 2023 and lets her know that she may apply for an I-485 application
