BIOMETRIC REUSE

so I submitted my form I-751 it was received March 13 Reveived a text that it was received on March 18th March 20th it says my extension letter and receipt is sent and my biomentic is being reuse and now my case is actively being reviewed. so do I just wait and I don’t have to expect going to take the finger prints correct?or what? and I can use the extension letter to renew my license right? The letter is from Nebraska service center and I have an IOE case number. Thanks
