I summit in August2023 got my work permit and social but nth else yet..

@fran fine - crazy right?! I really don’t understand why either but I’m sure there’s a method to their madness. There are just over 1600 people in my block who still haven’t received their EAD. Are you IOE09205?

your mailing address is correct right? have you called them

I almost did not receive my letters I had the wrong address on the forms I guess they figured it out because all of the letters were forwarded to uscis. I was so lucky the day I received one letter 2 day after was my biometric day.

@fran fine - omgsh that’s super lucky! yea my address is correct and they usually send copies of everything to my lawyer as well. I’ve put in a service request and my lawyer has as well for the EAD but they just send back a generic response every time. “Due to workload factors not related to your case we anticipate a delay…” Frustrating but at this rate I’ll probably just get the I-485 approval before EAD.
