Hello friends, I have American citizenship. I submitted an application( I 130) to my husband. He is in Jordan. They asked me for an application(I 130A) that I did not submit with the application(I130)I know that’s big wrong. Do you know how long it takes for them to send the approval, knowing that I submitted the application(I 130) a year ago and have yet to receive the approval yet ? I want to know how long it will take after that

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
I applied vawa and adjustment of status in sep 2023 now my I 485 status changed to fingerprints were taken but I did not give fingerprints I guess they have used it from my past asylum application what does this mean my I 360 did not get any update just my I 485 changed to this is this a good news can someone pls help

Port EB2 Priority Date to EB1
Hi,
I am trying to use my approved EB2 PD for my AOS under EB1 petition (pending). While I have written a letter (to be included in my application package) requesting the officer to honor my earlier PD, is it correct to put this earlier PD on my i485 alongside the pending EB1 petition number? Or just put the EB1 PD and allow the officer to make the change?
In essence, how should I go with PD porting from EB2 to EB1 without the officer returning my application?

it been approved for 7 months but nothing for I-485 after submitted evidence for a year and a month
