i received my C31 and now they approved my renewal of C09 and day after they approved my AP. It looks like I will just get a paper for AP

Yes once your Vawa is approved u get C31 ead even if you already have C09 ead.

I did not receive C31 EAD, instead I got my C09 renewal approved 3 weeks after my vawa approval.

my lawyer applied for me …. he applied all together ….april 2022
and dec 2022 i got work permit co9p
which is still valid for more then 9 months
and i got my vawa approved in dec 2023

@ aussi & @ogbeni sifu,what could be a reason why Vawa is approved since Dec,2023,No approval Letter,No Vawa EAD,no mail,no update till now,am same with both of you guys,don't you think ot need to be looked into ?
