Has anyone noticed cases from May 2024 (this month) are receiving decisions already? How is this possible? Are these emergency or expedited cases? Military personnel? What is this?

@Karen Godfrey It seems that people that file within the USA with another case, are seeming to get there I-130 approved. This would include these filings in the metrics. I think that is what is going on. Just my thoughts. As petitioning someone from outside USA, it's a longer process. 🙏🙏🙏

@T A I was wondering that myself. I too am petitioning from outside the US as well. That has to be the reason.
