@Patience Hope I just realize we had the same PD of March 2022, our PD is current on January 2024. however I submitted my i485 in January 2024 ( when it’s current ) and today is my 105th day and also waiting for approval, eb 3 skilled

I just requested help from congressman and waiting on response. 718days now for me.

go google and type “uscis inquiry” and choose case out of processing time and type in all your info.

I485: 370 days and counting. EB3-1 ROW PD: May 2022 I485 filed on 1-May-23 CRP since 9 months :7-31-23 ( case transferred from Indianapolis FO to NBC) current since 1-Jan-24 Raised SR on 17–Mar-24,officer got assigned on 3-April-24 and again on 22-April-24 but no response till now. Any suggestions ?

how do you create SR. I tried but system didn’t allow me and said my case in regular processing time. PD September 2022

I was in a similar boat with Feb 2022 PD. Waited 433 days after filing and got approved just last week. I reached out to congressmen and 1 week after their reply, it was approved. Not sure if that helped but better try than waiting in desperation.
