RFE Question: “Response received… We will review the evidence”
Hi everyone,
I’m the spouse of a USC, filing I-485 and I-130. My PD is April 7, 2023 and cases are showing with NBC.
Received an RFE in September 2023 for another format of my birth certifate, responded within a month and didn’t hear anything back… until yesterday where I saw a green check mark on the profile page: “Response received… We will review the evidence”.
Does this mean they’re only reviewing my evidence now, 6 months after sending it?! Has anyone had a similar experience? What can I expect in terms of timelines moving forward?
