i751 waiver
I have a conditional 2 year green card, we’re however separated and I want to file for a divorce and apply for my permanent green card through a i751 waiver based on abuse as he has been very abusive. my question is, I know the process might take a minute and I want to know if I can get remarried after filing the i751 waiver due to abuse while it is not yet approved. can I get remarried to someone else while waiting for my i751 waiver decision?
Ho Lord after long time wait i130 status “ case is being actively reviewd by uscis since Mars 2023 just today august 2024 received an update saying same, case is being actively reviewed by usc
case is being actively reviewed ,updated now again case is being actively reviewed do somebody experienced the same updating ? i can’t believe for the same update after years
can someone tell me please what will be the next step

should I expect another status update on my case tracker when the field office schedules the appointment and sends the notice in mail?
I just heard they may not update the case and sent the notice with the appointment date in mail. just need to know if that happens frequently.
