it should be the same date, I only received interview letter for I-485 though online showed both interviews had been scheduled. Both interviews happened together on 05/08/24

My pleasure, this community sure helped me to keep myself sane the last year 😅 I actually did not even received any mail notice, so I just chat with Emma to find out about my interview and a few hours later USCIS sent me an email with the interview letter. My interview happened in NY, I filled in February 2023, so when the case turned into 1 year, I decided to use the unsolicited evidence and uploaded all evidence I had saved after filing, a week later the interview got scheduled . So the office made us wait for about an hour and half and she was for sure going though my application just before calling us in because her mind seemed very refreshed 😂 She wasn’t rude but didn’t show much sympathy either, kept a straight face the entire interview 😐 I was way more nervous than my husband, she focus almost the entire hour we spent together looking at evidence and questioning my husband, all simple questions about my name, when and where I born, country, my family, where are they , if I got siblings , my career , where I work, she saw I was previously married and her last question to him was why did he think he was the one for me😒 but my husband handled pretty well telling her about our feeling for one another and how our lives are together . For me she only asked his full name, date of birth, where he works and do and jumped into the I485 yes and no questions . The I130 got approved by the time we back home from interview and she issued 1 RFE online for an old court case I had, she did not give me any papers when the interview was done , I said that’s it? no paper?! And she answered “yes ! that’s it have a good day!” once I uploaded that RFE and dropped off the original there , it got approved . So 1 week exactly after the interview I got approved and 2 days ago, it showed that the greencard was produced . Listen, it’s easy to say stay calm! But just breath and stay positive ! I wish you all the best♥️ It’s going to be successful !!!

yes it is stressful,, especially we are not dealing with the same lawyer ,,, he didnt send any evidence so i received a noid and after replying they sent me the interview notice ,,,

It’s a shame when lawyers mistreat customers and don’t right the 1 thing they got paid to do😓 . Still , don’t focus on tbe negative, just gather all the evidence you can with your spouse and bring it all to the interview . Thank you for your kind words, genuinely wishing that you get a good understanding officer during interview and that your get approved 🙏🏻
