green card for married to US citizen
Hello everyone, i have a question about marriage green card.Is the marriage counted from the day you apply or from the date you are approved. I will be 2 years married on July 2024 and my case is still reviewing so does it mean if my case will be approved after July i can get 10 year greean card ? I will appriciate if you have answer that can help me!

from the day you got married, hopefully if u get approved after july u will receive the 10 years @bona bona

It depend of the time you've been married when you enter to USA the first time if you are overseas. if you are already 2 years married this day you Will have 10 years gc

i have same case , I got married August 2022, my case is still reviewing and applied July 16 2023,if my case gets approved before August 2024 do I get the 10 years visa or it must be after august before I qualified for the 10 years visa ????
