Firing lawyer during a RFE response
Has anyone had experience firing a lawyer during a RFE response? My lawyer has made mistakes which caused my RFE. And it’s been too late to find a new lawyer, so I will have to finish the case myself. I’m noy sure how to remove their representation with USCIS

send a letter with your RFE response saying you want to withdraw your legal representative and intend to continue your case without any legal representation.

I did the same and I was approved after rfe. all done by myself
