after my interview I got NOI and I responded Jan30 so the last status on the website is:
January 30, 2024
Response To USCIS' Notice Of Intent Was Received
On January 30, 2024, we received your response to USCIS' Notice of Intent for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. We are reviewing your response.
and it has been the same for months last week a little note underneath that status appeared as follows:
Response received on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 10:49 a.m. PDT. We will review the evidence.
Does that mean they just logged it in or they just assigned it to someone? if this had happened to you before: how soon after did you receive a decision?

it means ur evidence has being reviewed by an officer n soon u will get ur approval notices , the date changes indicate a real person has touch ur case , good luck n congrats in advance sir )

i had that. my RFE received date changed from October 17, 2023 to May 1, 2024. on May 6, 2024 my 131 was approved. unfortunately no action on the 485 yet, but I do believe it’s good news that the case has been reviewed and probably sent somewhere for further progressing.
