hello to everybody I need to find a piece of information the uscis asked me for RFe and sent everything the asked for January 25 and February 15 I went for my biometrics sin then it says activating my case ( somethin like that) and I haven’t heard from them since then.
I could check on my account that since February it says 4 ( months) till now it says the same, so yesterday I called the uscis and I could talk to somebody that told me that they were working on my case march 22 but I can’t see it, how long will it take to have a response from them. I do appreciate your help

PD 3/21/24; Biometrics Not Scheduled
Hey all. My PD is 3/21/24 and I’ve received nothing except ny initial receipt notice. According to casestatusext, almost my whole block (IOE09249) has been scheduled / had their appointment. When I ask USCIS, they tell me that I haven’t been scheduled yet. Has anyone experienced a delay in biometrics like this and was able to resolve it somehow?
