primary applicants AoS moved to non local field office
hi,
as per Emma live agent chat my AOS moved from NBC to Long Island field office (my local office is Newark). the agent didn't share my dependent info with me. when we tried to chat with another agent later they said dependants case is still at NBC. is this normal for cases to separate? or did they possibly shared wrong info on the chat?

mine is at NBC for 485, did they say when was it transferred to non local fo?

@ del kh, thank you, I did check just now, mine is still at NBC they said through emma. not sure if it will be adjucated at nbc or field office which will be boston in my case

same for me and my dependent. primary case moved to non local FO and dependent still in NBC

@del Kh I filed in July 2023, and as per agent it moved to FO in January 2024

@M S funny enough this morning Emma chat agent said it's at Long Island field office and now when I reached out again the new agent said it's still at NBC. I don't know what to believe anymore

@del Kh same thing happened to me and I asked the last agent mentioned my case is at XX FO, is it accurate? the agnet said yes

@del Kh I am in same situation.My local FO is Newark and yesterday emma informed case was moved to long island NY FO. I amnot sure how accurate is that. Did they confirm on your movement to Long Island FO?

@Eb1 C no update on AOS since then. primary applicants EAD and dependents EAD + AP got approved yesterday.
