case transfer to another state
i applied for green card through my wife (us citizen)
New Jersey on March 2023
now we have to move to California
anyone with same experience
will this delay process of getting interview or green card
currently case still under review since we applied with no change no rfe
any help will be appreciated
i really anxious for moving my case to different state

I’m going through the same thing
I filled in March 2023 and now my case has been transferred to North Carolina
I spoke with Emma and an agent told me interview has been waived and my case is being processed normally
