Not sure how long the security check lasts
Hi All,
I been following with congressman since Oct 2023 to see where USCIS is standing after my interview completed in July 2023.
I did responded to Medical RFE in Oct 2023.
Yesterday USCIS responded as mentioned below:
we are waiting for the results of the required security checks on your case before we can continue our review. All applicants for a U.S. immigration benefit are subject to criminal and national security background checks to ensure they are eligible for that benefit. Most cases proceed without an issue. However, due to both the volume of security checks USCIS conducts, and the need to ensure that each applicant is thoroughly screened, some delays on individual applications are inevitable
USCIS asked me to wait for another 90 days before next enquiry.
I already done with the waiting game. can anyone shed some light on my case and let me know based on your knowledge, Still how much time does USCIS take to approve my case.
I-131 Fingerprint appointment notice
After a year of waiting, I received a fingerprint appointment notice, however; the uscis website is showing “Fingerprints were Taken” probably a system case update error. My question is, does this notice mean that they may approve my pending I485 soon after I do my fingerprints? I applied for both at the same time.?Can they approve my GC soon too? I filed on March 27th 2023.

Feeling hopeful today
Seeing these April approvals has made me hopeful. But I don't know if I'll respond in an emotionally mature manner if I've waited this long and get hit with an RFE. 😂 Prayers for no RFE for the rest of us who have been waiting 11+ months. Straight to approval! 🙏🏾 Hope they get processing times back down moving forward.

Is anyone out there DQ’d but still waiting on an interview from Dublin? Husband was DQ’d Jan 25th but we’re still waiting on an interview. I can’t even tell if they’ve sent out appointments for April yet at all. Seems crazy to still be waiting this long and we’re going nuts trying to plan this move, but we can’t cause no interview date!
