Case was sent to the Department of State
Today status changed to “Case was sent to the Department of State” I did not get “Case Approved” status. It went straight to what I just wrote. I’m guessing is the same thing as approved.
What comes next? Please detail your answer.

asylum seeker and beneficiary through US citizen husband
Entered legally in US in 2021, i am an asylum seeker interviewed in may 2022, later married to US citizen in Feb 2023 who filed green card for me in March 2023 got my biometrics done and EAD after few months but no update afrer that. Can asylum seeker status, asylum case pending increase my wait period?

Does anyone know how long it takes for a Immigration Service Officer to contact you (call/email) after you submit a Petition for Alien Relative request. I received a text and email saying they usually try to respond within 72hrs. When they call do they notify you immediately if you will be approved or denied your request? Thank you for any insight.
