CR1 - Case transfer from Ankara to Bangkok
Hello everyone. I’d like to transfer my wife’s case from Ankara, Turkey to Bangkok, Thailand. We already wait for 4 month after DQ and probably it’s not gonna improve in next months. So we decided to transfer the case to Bangkok. Could you guys help me with the letter sample that I could send to US Embassy in Bangkok? Technically I understand how to built the narrative but I think it’s not good enough. If you have an experience with that please help me🙌🏻
I am still over the moon! I can't believe I got approved less than a year.
I was an F1 student and out of status after I married my husband. I expedited my EAD in October but not until December 2023, they mistakenly moved my expedited request to the I-485.
