Is there any March 2023 filers here still waiting or I’m the only one?
20th March still waiting
I keeping calling them at least once a week or twice and I only get to speak with Emma who keep telling me it’s actively reviewed since last year March 23rd
I asked why I’m not getting approval and others are getting but it doesn’t say anything better
hmm

but later in October last year we got a letter from #Nebraska to create online account and that’s alll till now
Trying to add my Newborn to existing NVC case.
So I approached NVC to add my newborn son to my case and a derivative applicant. They asked for the birth certificate and his passport which I shared and they added his name to my case. Now I need assistance in paying the fee and in the further process of consular processing as I’m in India. My attorney is asking for $780 for assistance. Is this fair or if there’s another attorney anyone can recommend.
Documentarily Qualified
I got DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED by the NVC this past January 18 of 2024. My daughter is 2 and a half years old. I work from home to be with my family in Mexico. My bosses are getting desperate for me to come back to the office and they want time frames. I don’t know how to give them precise guess of when my daughter and I can come to the states with me.
