hi family
I have got an email says we have taken an action log in to check. it was almost two weeks ago and everyday I check but no update. I called USCIS and when I asked check my status and give receipt number of( I 485) she said because you submitted your form online you’ll need to communicate with us online as well do you have online account? I don’t know what this means and she won’t let me talk to real agent. please help if you ever experienced this. it’s the second time they say this to me.

The case was file online compare to filling paperwork work right? If so, they’re suggesting you should have an online account and access to your cases online and you can message them through the message tab from your online account. here is the link to registration if you’re not already registered.

@ola ola yes I have online account I always check online but I used to call them and they always used to tell me the last update but things changed I think . thank you for the help

you’re welcome. and you can check the Document tab under each application too. At least, that was where I found my I130 approval this morning.
