RFE Question
I recived an rfe that says: You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Does that mean they’re most likely to make a final decision or it’s just the way they send all rfes. I got rfe before this one and it says to (process your case) instead of (to make a final decision)

my RFIE says we need information to make a decision. nothing about final decision. mine was for a birth cert.

mine say to make a final decision and it was for medicals and i864, it has been over five months submission now with no final decision
