one year mark?
so I should be approved September if they are on time. how likely these days these visas are approved around one year mark? I see a lot of cases approved pretty much at a year but then see the odd case that’s 400 days plus? I’m assuming that’s just the case right? I would consider mine straight forward besides a a border issue on a esta. but other than that it’s all good and we have a lot of evidence.

EB3 Unskilled Spouse Visa
Hello guys, my husband got a green card 2 years ago through EB3 unskilled. He left the job after the completion of the contract. After two years as his spouse, I got the call for a visa interview. My question is, if the consular officer asks whether my husband still works for the sponsor, what should be my answer? As they are sponsoring my green card too, is it alright to say he no longer works for the sponsor?

Today exactly 6 months and 6 days have passed since my interview and I still haven't received any results! 15 days ago I sent an online inquare request but I didn't get an answer, is there anyone else in this situation!?

confused F2B case
someone please help me understand this: My mom who was a greencard holder filed for me but passed away during us waiting for approval. I went through humanitarian reinstatement which was approved January 2024. My brother who is a citizen of the US took over. My lawyer told me I have to go through consular processing. My country is St. Lucia (Caribbean). I have been living in the US on a visitors visa which has already long expired.
When my lawyer told me I have to go through consular processing she also stated that I have to go back to my country for the interview…. I am confused… I thought I would have to do adjustment of status…
