Request for an RFE
Hello everyone, Just received an email from USCIS about taking your action, and found out they need some more additional information, RFE.. Do you guys know how long it will take to get that RFE through mail or on your USCIS account, I didn't find any documents under documents tab? Thanks. PD: 4/17/2023, USC, Texas service center
USCiS denied my request for expedite 485 due family issues!
after waiting one month, they didn’t accept my request!! instead said go and apply for emergency advance pro. 😏
I applied 360&485 on 12/21/2020
july 26,2021 fingerprint was applied for 485
Feb2024 360 was approved.
485 still pending!
they mentioned 485 is on NBC .
didn’t get rfe for medical yet .
does any body know how much more I have to wait ?

Has anyone received a NOID/ request of evidence due to record not reflecting a marriage? at the time of filing no evidence established the claimed relationship?
we submitted our marriage license, we have kids together, joint bank account, ect…
