Anyone have luck applying for a B2 while waiting on I130? My husband is in Australia and I am in Texas. He got sent back, not deported, bc earned money on ESTA. Or do you think an ESTA? or just out of luck on both 🤷🏼♀️

How to apply for expedite request
Please can someone kindly share with me how to apply for expedite request. I have an urgent need to travel based on family emergency. A live agent from Emma asked me to create an online account and apply through that. But I didnt find any option to apply for that. Does employment-based GC have such option? I thought only family GC with IOE... receipt number can do more online stuffs. Kindly share your experience. Thanks!
