for expedite there are two paths: either call USCIS and tell them directly. or approach senator office. reason for expedite should fall under criteria mentioned on USCIS website.

EB has this option too. I think you want to expedite advance parole due to travel. I don't think green card can be expedited.

you can talk with the agent in Emma and tell them it’s emergency and you need to travel. They would create the Case for you. Then they would say that you would have to wait for a week to 10 days for the response. but, make sure you talk to them everyday and tell them you have emergency with valid reasons like if your closed one’s are sick/ill or, deceased or, maybe you had big loss in business like financial losses, or, for government work, volunteer. Then they will ask the 2nd tier officer to reach you out. make sure you have evidence , the documents to support that you might have to mail or, email or, fax. Then they would approve it looking at the situation. if not you can talk to your lawyer ask him to set up and appointment and go with him to nearby field office with the proof that you need to travel urgent , they will give you emergency parole for 30 days.
