@Luke W, this is even more concerning. My EB1B petition has been at Nebraska since Sept 2023. For yours, I think you should have raised a service request. Have you done so?

not yet, the tool shows that I will be able to raise a service request in two weeks.

Mine was stuck more than 730 days at Nebraska and then I got the approval.

@Luke W You should have gone for Premium. when you have premium processing option you must avail it. But for normal processing 300 days is abnormal

@Luke W whats your country of birth? Latest I have seen in normal processing approval for EB-1B to be Sept 2023.

Unfortunately at the time the lawyer adamantly insisted that PP increases RFE risks, and not knowing better I went with his suggestion. kind of stuck now. however I just looked up the recent historical processing times on the USCIS website for EB1B at NSC, and it shows 80 percentile time at 9.5 months, which I guess is exactly where I am at. hopefully that means it's not *too* abnormal...

@Luke W Am playing the waiting game as well, given its not current for my COB (India). If it does before my apporval, I will push for PP. Am EB1B with Dec 2023 filling.
