Greencard timeline
Hi, my timeline:
- Apr 19, new card is being produced
- Apr 22, case was approved
until now Apr 26, I didn’t receive the approval notice in mail and the greencard status wasn’t update to ‘mailed to me’.
should I worry about it? what is your experience? thanks in advance.

Hello. I just need your insights regarding my current situation. So, my H1B visa is expiring this coming September 15,2024. I already reach my 6th year for that visa. My previous employer promised me that they will do the sponsorship for the permanent residency which is the greencard but because they turned over the ownership to other company, that messed up the process and put a halt of the processing. Now, the current employer did not say anything yet if they are still going to do the sponsorhip that leaves me hanging and my employment at risk.
What advices can you give? Can I sue them for their neglegence?
I-131 approved for 5 years
Hello everyone, I have a question about my 131. two days ago was approved. my new 131 is for five years (I used to have one before and it was only for one year). I re-applied but I did just for 131 and not 485. Will I receive a combo card or just the advance parole form? someone who has been approved for 5 years? experiences?

hello everybody, I need help
Today my husband in his account could see that I130 was approved but my I485 was still pending I called the Uscis and they told me that It was also approved but I could see that information on my account, it still says 4 months, how long will it take to see the approval? and how long is gonna take to have the green card? anxiety 100%
USCIS update on my I 131
I applied my full package July 2023, two days ago I received an update that my EAD was approved. I’m truly grateful for that. I saw that there was no movement on my I 131 since its 9 months, so I put in an inquiry.
I received a call and email today stating that “due to workload factors USCIS anticipate a 90 days delay in completing your case” smh.
I haven’t been home in 7 years, I was also hoping to get a combo card but it’s not. However I’m still thankful for my EAD I’ll be able to work.
PS. I haven’t received my physical EAD card yet, I just got the approved notice on my account.
