I got my i485 in 90 days, but no change in status for i765. they seem to be adjudicated independently

I’m EB1A too, it’s been 108 days since my submission and neither my EAD or AOS have been approved yet!

@Josh, you don’t need the EAD again….hahaha

I applied under EB1A too. 120 days. radio silence.

I’m EB1A too, 199 days waiting for my I-485 to be approved. I-765 approved in 112 days.

@t s what’s your nationality. I think that’s also a factor

USCIS is pretty slow these days. 94 days since submitting I-765 and I-485 no updates except biometrics taken.

@Hope C - can you share your timeline? when did you submit, post biometrics taken how many days did it take for I-765 approvals ? any Service requests raised ?

@GC 2024 PD: Nov/23/2023. Biometrics Dic/29/2023. A service request was sent to expedite my I-765, but once I submitted the request I received the approval (112 days in total).
