so much delays right now. God we ask for Divine intervention at this point

I didn’t get RFE for medical, my 485 got stuck again in field office, I am really frustrated.

@March 2023 ; My medical has been expired and uscis didn’t request for renewal of it. the only information I got through call center is that ; my 485 has lots of movement from NBC to to many FO . It means my 485 did sign by any Officer yet . they just moving it around .

@parry kolhi : since your vawa got approved, you can call uscis call center and ask them about your pending 485 , like where is my 485 , does any officer sign fo it , when you call them tell info pass than system connect you to real agent. good luck

@Mrkvica M. Some agent says Charlotte NC field office, some un friendly agent says inNBC. However; my medical has been expired, has to be renew, so far I didn’t get RFE for that , this is mean no any officer sign for it , my application is line up.

@hope hope so, request for RFE will come from NBC, that's for sure. So, it's just probably matter of time 🤞🙏

@Mrkvica M. I have a question? may be you know that . my marriage base 485 has been dined because my EX withdrew his petition. USCIS sent me a notice of decision, explained what happened, they said I wa lawfully present in us . my period has expired. I am not authorized to remain in us . however within 20 days sfter that notice , I applied for vawa and a new 485 . Do you think because of these 20 days I am in removal proceeding, and unlawfully here , in the notice I have 30 days to appeal or other thing . I am stressed,

@hope hope if you have facebook, you should ask that question there but from what I understand you, you applied for VAWA like few years ago and just now you got denial for I-485 from marriage?

@Mrkvica M. no my 485 didn’t dined. my 485 vawa has being pending and wait to my decision, my 485 marriage got dined on December 8,2020 , but I applied for new one within 20 days after 1th one got denied. I saw someone got dined his 485 because officer asked him you were unlawfully in us , he answered no , officer said no sir you were unlawfully in Untid state . I am thinking if in my interview day officer will ask me this question what I have tell him .

@hope hope oh, that! Don't worry about that. There is so many illegals in this country and they get approved. That person got NOID because he said that he was never illegal in this country even though he was and technically USCIS told him "we know you were illegal and we are giving you chance now to tell us the truth". They will NOT punish you for being illegal here. They only punish for laying. And that guy who got NOID will be fine as soon as he explains them that all that was misunderstanding

@hope hope you don't need to worry about that. My ex did the same and withdrew the application in 2020 and I applied for vawa in 2021. What this means is that for a period of time I was unlawfully present here, as were you. Your vawa receipt means you can't be placed in removal proceedings pending the outcome of that application. You just need to be honest is all. If in the interview they ask, they already know the answer. They just want to test your character and honesty. They won't deny it because you were unlawfully present. Most of us must have been unlawfully present for a time before vawa was received by uscis.
