EB1C - Now I 485 interview scheduled PD Nov 2022
Hi All,
My PD is Nov 2022(India), got status update on lawfully that interview has been scheduled. I 140 was approved in May 2023 also 765 and 131. Biometrics were done in Jan 2023 and Medicals in Feb 2024. I was under the impression the EB1C usually doesn’t have the interview step.
I wanted to know if anyone else has similar experience or in that stage and I would be grateful if someone can share way should I be expecting and be prepared for?

Our time is coming soon. We might still be seeing Feb-April '23 approvals going into May. Unfortunately, last month must have really kicked their butts. Congrats to those approved recently! 🎉
To people who filed in 2021/2022 that are still waiting: For whatever reason some people take waaaaay longer than normal. Praying you all see approvals soon too!!!

Un proceso Largo pero gracias a Dios nos acaban de aprobar!! Aquí unos detallitos.
Todo lo hice sola sin abogados, Utilizé mucho youtube y Tiktok Live de abogados para hacer preguntas.
Fuimos Refused 221g luego de la entrevista pq querían papeles originales de mi divorcio. Así que los envíe desde Puerto Rico a Algería el mismo día.
La entrevista fue el 9 de Abril 2024,
los documentos tardaron una semana en llegar así que se entregaron el 13 cuando llegaron y ese mismo día lo recibieron.
Hicieron un update en fecha solamente el 17 fe Abril seguiamos Refused hasta hoy que nos aprobaron. 🥹LLEVEN TODO LO DE SU DIVORCIO ORIGINAL!
