I know the feeling, my kids are in Jamaica and their paperwork was put in March 22, 2022 and nothing since. They resquested RFE in March 2024 and the response was sent in so I am still waiting.

@K D my daughter case went in Feb 2022 and got aprove may 5 2024 we currently waiting on her interview date in jamaica. approval coming soon hun.

did you try getting a non-imm visa for the child? This will add some comfort if s/he gets through

@O C I tried non immigration visa for my daughter and she didn't get true. 99%won't once they are immigration process.

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza what evident did they ask for .... cause when I did mine I only send the i130 copy of birth certificate and copy of my marriage certificate.

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza they ask for my husband divorce papers…but he applied for 2 kids….1 approve and the other is reviewing…I don’t know how is that possible.
