VAWA-ID CARD RENEWAL
Hello family!has anyone been able to renew their state ID or license with the receipt notice from USCIS?I went to RMV today to renew but was told i cannot until my current id expires to see if there is anything that will change in their system.(I should come back a day or two after the expiration date on my current EAD card).I have 27 days more for the old one to expire.Anyone has an idea what this is all about?
No Priority date,what can I do?

My i-360 was approved February 22, 2024, (1023 days) after submission and I received EAD renewal March 14, 2024 which was submitted 4 months prior to it expiration date.
Unfortunately I did not receive my i-360 approval notice, I submitted inquiry form for missing notice of approval and I did not receive any response.
Fortunately I was able to get on the phone with them 2 weeks ago and I made it known that I did not receive my i-360 and also I was able to get my address changed from my old address to my current address.
my i-485 which was filed concurrently now at (1035 days).
And today I received two notice of action (i-797c) which was as a result of the inquires I made about both my missing i-360 Notice of approval and also the status of my i-485 and the notice of action was not an RFE for i-485 it was just a receipt of confirmation.
What do you guys advise i do going forward?
I was actually going to reach out to my congressman in my district regarding i-485.

I chatted Emma today and was informed that my case has been transferred for a third time to the NBC. It started in Potomac, then Baltimore, California, and now NBC. Is that normal? What does that mean? I was under the impression that counsular processing didn’t necessarily need to go to the NBC. I’ll be celebrating two years soon lol. At least I’ll be in Canada this summer to see my spouse.

smh😞😞😞😞 I send in a expedite request for my daughter with evidence written by a government official from my country stating the bad area my daughter lives in and uscis said they can’t expedite her case smh. now I’m wondering if they care 😭😭😭😭😭 she as a visa but respect the USA so much I decided to let her stay and I will go through the right direction. can someone tell me what to do next
EB1C - Now I 485 interview scheduled PD Nov 2022
Hi All,
My PD is Nov 2022(India), got status update on lawfully that interview has been scheduled. I 140 was approved in May 2023 also 765 and 131. Biometrics were done in Jan 2023 and Medicals in Feb 2024. I was under the impression the EB1C usually doesn’t have the interview step.
I wanted to know if anyone else has similar experience or in that stage and I would be grateful if someone can share way should I be expecting and be prepared for?
