EB1c Recieved I 131 and priority date current. what next
Hi all, couple of weeks back I received i131 (travel document) and in July visa bulletin my priority date is current. Any idea what will be the next steps, I read somewhere that everyone has to go through visa interviews. Or any exceptions USCIS will approve green card automatically. Category EB1c- Multinational Manager -India. Thanks, DJay.

@Ajay D - May I ask what's your priority date and when was your 485 filled? I am in same situation but haven't received 131 yet.

I filed on July 2023 when my priority date was current at that time. I received EAD, i131 couple of weeks back.my priority date is Nov 2021, which is current.

@Ajay D there is no such a thing as "automatic" GC approval.

@Ajay D How was your priority date current? till June visa bulletin priority date was 1st March 2021. since today it is current for you.

Raj Veer I think you forgot to check July Visa bulletin. for India the final action date is 01 Feb 2022. and my PD is Nov 2021.
