my PD is 5/19/23 and my case got transferred to my local field office on 5/30/2024 so just over a year. my case had a RFIE from NBC around day 155 so I think that slowed down my process. an Emma agent told me once “there’s no timeframe that cases need to be transferred to a local field office in”. like basically it could be any time. best of luck for a quicker transfer than mine!

what means when they transfer your case?

my case was transferred to local office july 2023 and transferred back to nbc last month after local office wavied interview and nothing changed under my case applied march 2023

mine went to field office about a month ago and I got approved yesterday

no time frame. mine got transferred quickly and still waited close to two years before decision.
