Finally GC approved!!!

Just woke up to lawfully update of my green card approval 10/24. It has been a very long waiting journey, but God has never left or forsaken us!! He will always come thru for us!!. I want to encourage everyone here to keep hope alive, even though it may seem impossible sometimes, but trust and believe that God sees and hears every little whisper of prayer we make. Thank you to this community here and I wish everyone the best. Timeline is shared below

I-140 premium processing after 20 months long wait?

My timeline is PD: 22 December 2022 FAD: 1st Apr 2023 RD : 05/03/2024 Filed 140/485 concurrently with I-140 regular processing It’s been 20 months since no update… Question: any first hand experience who upgraded I-140 to premium processing after a long time and also got approved on I-485 quickly after that?

Hey fam, so it has been 25 days since they have received my Medicals. They have gone silent. From your experience is it interview notice showing up in the mail? am thinking if they needed anything else they would have sent another RFE by now? Pls share an experience you have. Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I need help. I received rfe to submit evidence to establish school enrollment and attendance. they asked for certified transcript issued by school, copies of tuition payments, class schedules and course syllabi…. problem is I obtained certified digital copy from the registrars office and uploaded alongside the other documents requested. I just read that when USCIS for certified copy, you must submit it by mail. Now I have uploaded all these and my response have been received. could this lead to denial? what’s my risk? Should I still send the transcript physically to USCIS though this is frowned upon per the letter that say I should only submit via online or mail and not both. please what are your thoughts. Lawyers please.

San Antonio Field Office (Local)

Does anyone have a timeline on processing i-485 at the San Antonio field office, especially if it was their local field office? How long did it take from them getting it to either interview or approval? Did it go back to NBC? Please, 😓

Why when ` called USCIS waS I told that the address provided wasn't the same as what they have on file if use the same address address every time . How can l overcome this . Last time Oct 15 went thru with no issues . Did the officer change it?
