Same here. EB1B India, PD Dec 2022, FO San Bernardino. Updated I-693 RFE (old medical expired) received by USCIS on May 21. Silence since then.

mine was acknowledged by nbc on april 23rd.. no news since then.. i checked with uscis call center they said my case is now moved to Newark field office and processing.. not sure what’s going on.. pd oct 2022 , India

@a m I believe if it moves to FO, it will be adjudicated faster, mine stuck at NBC. hoping congressional inquiry will bring movement for my case

everyone from NBC has something going on, for me the case moved to San Bernardino in May, both derivatives got the medical RFE but primary applicant didn’t, we submitted the response but silence since then. primary applicant has no movement at all, PD sept 2022, we are on margin with latest visa retrogression to October 2022

My PD is Mar 22, Medical RFE acknowledged by NBC(Overland Park,KS) on Apr 14, after calling and checking with Emma I got to know that my case moved to Hartford FO ( Non local) on May 27… No change in status.. Still awaiting

@new user my medical is also expired. I tried service enquiry, they have standard response, tried congressional inquiry but they said to wait for USCIS to respond within mentioned timeline so no answers. its so frustrating!

Mine delivered in Memphis on May 21 afterthat No change. I am so worried My dad is in critical condition. I am dependent on Application. they just told after congressional inquiry that they received it and case is pending review. Hope everyone get soon Green Card.

@ new user - Medical RFE only for POLIO ? Don’t they want blood work report? I’m planning to get medical for my family as they are travelling to India next week and my case sitting in Tampa filed office since 11May. your response is appreciated so that I can save some money for medicals. thanks!

same here waiting since march… last week Emma said file was transferred to FO in May last week… Not sure how reliable this info is … raised two SR and none of it got feedback … Not sure where file is and what they are processing :/ @S B @a m how reliable Fo movement info to you

@wisdom p well i checked with multiple agents, also called multiple times and got to know my case is in Newark FO..

@a m does it mean NBC. completed checks and sharing with FO as part of sharing load ? I think after May memo they started moving case instead of direct NBC approval. is your case is at local or non local FO …

@K R In my experience agent on calls has more clear information and bit consistent. on chat they disconnect abruptly or not consistent. is your case still at NBC ?

@K R @a m with API now you can find out where exactly your or dependents cases are. it’s works with LIN /IOE and I think with MsC cases as well.

@wisdom p I did check with API for my MSC case, it’s saying jurisdiction as NBC.. so not sure.. Yesterday again I check with Emma agent and they replied it’s with Hartford FO

@S B you are right. I think for paper filed cases file movement is not captured correctly in the system. @new user any feedback on congressional enquiry

got response on my congressional inquiry it’s pretty much a standard text that my case is current now and it will processed in the order received, as large volume of visas are available now so is the large number of cases pending review and mine will be reviewed as soon as possible
