Let me know your experience
Hello everyone! I’m trying to understand, on avarage, how long it will take to get my I-130 approved. I’m a child under 21 of a US citizen. If you are in my category, how long did it take to you to get your I130 approved? How long am I expecting to wait?

i824 follow to join
I'm currently on GC. I got married last year, and applied follow-to-join (I-824) for my wife. Now her immigration process is about to complete, but we're expecting a baby before her visa interview.
My question is, do I have to file follow-to-join for my newborn baby all over again? As the follow-to-join process is taking around 12-18 months to complete, it'll only delay the process of bringing my family here.
Will I have any other option for my baby, besides "follow-to-join"?
I765 c31 category.
good morning I have a question, I’m new to this app and I don’t really understand it yet so I would like if someone could explain to me that this means.
I have a pending i765 application under c31 category, I check my receipt number and it says your 4th rank of 39, does this means I’m 4th in line out of 39 people to be processed??!

how many of you are from 2022 and couldn’t file for AOS? how are you dealing with it, knowing that it could take at least one more FY to apply for I-485
I see people here complaining about having to stay working for sponsor and I do feel bad for them, but I would be so happy to be able to work legally and travel outside of the U.S if needed. I feel like people in AOS from mid-end 2022 are the most affected ones in this process, we got the worst of the 2 worlds, having to maintain f1 status and not being able to work is a nightmare, not to mention that without having WP and SSN you can’t have a normal life and your life is in the hands of people (USCIS) that couldn’t care less about this categorie. I wonder if it’s just me that am so frustrated and hopeless about this process but can’t even drop it becaus we got so far from the beggining but still so far from the end. Almost none info about filing dates moving forward, not a lot of official information on internet available about retrogression, just some confusing information that make us believe that it will get worst. if anyone have any news about filing dates or solid predictions, please share!
i765 and i-131 Approved
Today I recieved my new SSN card, which usually happens when your i765 is approved. Logged into USCIS portal, under documents section I found my approval letter. The case still hasnt updated in USCIS Case Status. Wishing everyone the best, I havent left the US in 10 years. Excited to travel international again without having to stamp my H1B
